Our Founder: Kyle Warren
Polymer80 Frames was founded by Kyle Warren, a certified master gunsmith with over 15 years of hands-on experience in firearm customization and manufacturing. Before establishing the company, Kyle honed his skills in a precision machine shop right here in the Treasure Valley, later moving into dedicated gunsmithing where he completed over 2,000 custom builds for clients nationwide. His frustration with the inconsistency of aftermarket frames and the lack of specialized support for the DIY builder community led him to a single solution: focus exclusively on the Polymer80 system. Kyle’s vision was to create a company that didn’t just sell parts, but provided the definitive resource for building a reliable, accurate firearm from the frame up.
