Policy Overview
- Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: All items must be returned in new, unused, and unfired condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Authorization Required: You must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns for non-defective items.
- Exchanges: We are happy to process exchanges for a different product at no additional charge, subject to item availability.
- Defective Items: If you receive a product with a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide your RMA number and instructions for shipping the item back to our Boise facility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
